Booking submissions
Submitting the direct booking form does not by itself guarantee acceptance of a reservation. The booking remains subject to review, confirmation, and follow-up by the BondMakers team.
Guests should ensure that all submitted details are complete, accurate, and provided by a person authorised to make the booking.
Guest responsibility
The lead guest is responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied, the identity documentation submitted, and communication relating to the stay.
Guests should notify the booking team promptly if any submitted details change before arrival.
Property use
The BondMakers units are self-catering accommodation. Guests are expected to use the property respectfully, follow any stay instructions provided by the host, and comply with applicable house rules communicated during the reservation process.
Any operational arrangements, arrival instructions, or property-specific conditions shared by the host form part of the practical booking process.
Documents and security
Guests may be required to upload identity documentation to complete the booking process. This information is collected for booking administration, verification, and accommodation record purposes.
The booking team should take reasonable steps to protect sensitive information, but guests should also ensure that the information they submit is correct and appropriate for the reservation.
Communication and final confirmation
Final booking confirmation, payment arrangements where applicable, and arrival instructions are handled through direct communication from the BondMakers booking team.
If a guest has any questions about the stay, the booking process, or the handling of submitted information, they should contact the host directly before arrival.
